He has accomplished successful transitions of various speciality practices with no downtime and increased revenue by cleaning up old aging accounts into collectable revenue for the practices. He lead team of management professionals handling various clients bringing them in a same platform maintaining service level agreement and satisfied clients, being first point of contact and hope of last resort to provide solution for any task. He has a ready to go and never give up attitude, finding out a solution for any critical task he accepts. He understands client needs and provide tailor made solutions as per client specific.
